A small little camera the Fuji X-T20 is, but coupled with the XF 23mm 1.4, and it behaves like a monster.

It's discreet and umpretentious. It hangs by your wrist and weighs next to nothing. It is very tactile, every situation can be handled quickly by switching a button, or moving a dial. It's got great dynamic range, and noise is well controlled when clearing the shadows. And the colors the sensor provides are fun to explore in post.

Today, I went to Santa Ana and Casco Viejo. Perhaps took too many lenses… 18mm, 23mm and 35mm. But honestly, when leaving home with the XF 23mm 1.4, it's all the lens you need.

I had a little talk with Iran. He watches over a few of the locals around Santa Ana near Calle14. I showed him the picture I took of him about a month ago using B&W film, and he loved it. Soon enough a dog showed up. Iran, happily, called it "Pachanga”, and very confidently this dog starting posing and modeling as if he wanted a picture. Indeed, I took several.

The only thing that saddens me about this setup is that is not weather resistant. Well, I have heard many times that in photography, everything is a compromise. Still, I find lots of joy and a few pictures to show it.
